Liliana is a strategic advisor and research leader specialising in the intersection of planning, policy and innovation. With a background in urban planning and the social sciences, she is passionate about the creation of spaces for human thriving and environmental sustainability.
She bridges big-picture thinking with evidence-led implementation, bringing over 15 years of international experience in the public and private sectors, translating complex challenges into actionable strategies centring on human and environmental well-being. Through her work with clients across sectors and in multidisciplinary contexts, she translates policy and research into practice through customised tools, engagement frameworks, and spatial insights.
